Aleksandr Kutepov is the young and ambitious chef chosen to head the innovative team behind the gourmet Numbers Restaurant.
Aleksandr is very progressive in his field and loves to surprise people with original and unconventional methods and dishes. At the same time, he pays tribute to tradition. He values originality when presenting dishes and shaping food products into unusual forms. However, when it comes to preparing meals and flavouring them, he believes it is better to remain true to classical gastronomy.
Aleksandr is also an honorary member of the Moscow Culinary Association, a gold prize-winner at numerous contests and a member of the administrative board of the Russian Interregional Culinary Association.
